Introduction: Does leadership style differ between Men and Women? Is the perception different, even when they do the same thing? The research answers with a resounding yes. And the implications are significant to women in the workplace. This is exactly why “Succeeding Against Odds” was created. In this 21st century, the position and status of women all over the world has risen incredibly. Yet their participation in the senior echelons of the corporate world has remained disproportionate to the abilities they possess.

Sheryl Sandberg once quoted, “Presenting leadership as a list of carefully defined qualities (like strategic, analytical, and performance-oriented) no longer holds. Instead, true leadership stems from individuality that is honestly and sometimes imperfectly expressed… Leaders should strive for authenticity over perfection.”

Keeping authenticity of leadership at the forefront and combining it with our extensive research and consulting experience with successful women leaders in the corporate world, we have created this unique success design to empower women managers with strategies to come out successful against all odds.

“Succeeding Against Odds” is an experiential 3 day learning intervention designed exclusively for women managers. This intervention runs in a growth lab format and is targeted to give participants a unique experience that helps them realise and utilise their unique ability to stand and succeed against all the odds they are up against in the corporate world. It focuses on the corporate and personal life journeys of participants and helps them build a success framework for future using their own success examples from the past. This intervention has the ability to deliver life changing experiences to the participants.

This research-driven, career-changing experience will not only transform the way women leaders operate and manage their corporate life, but also fundamentally change the way they lead and chart out their journey towards creating a place in the top management.

Expected Outcomes: Our intervention “Succeeding Against Odds” helps the organization by letting all the women leaders understand the perceptions, behaviors, stereotypes, and backlash they uniquely face and then transform this understanding into effective strategies and solutions to come out successful in the corporate world.

After this intervention, participants will:
